FAQs

Can I pay cash / check / credit card at the door?

Cash, checks and credit cards are accepted at the door.

Do I need to bring a print out of my Event ticket or will you accept the scan bar via mobile device?

It is highly recommended that you bring a printout of your ticket. If for some reason you are unable to provide the printout you can still be checked in via first and last name.

What do I do if I want to register a few hours before the meeting but the tickets are no longer available?

Event ticket sales are available up until 3:00 PM the day of the meeting.  If you're trying to register on the day of and want to pay with credit card after that time, please email the Chapter Treasurer at [email protected] with your request.  Keep in mind you can still attend the meeting unregistered and just pay with credit card, cash or check at the door.

What is Social Hour?

Social Hour is the hour before dinner which is intended to encourage networking and relationship building.  Anyone can attend this hour and there is no cost associated with participating during this time period.  To attend the meeting and dinner, a $40.00 ticket must be purchased.

What is the 50/50 raffle?

For $5.00, you can purchase (10) raffle tickets.  At the end of the meeting, one ticket will be drawn and the winning ticket will receive 50% of the funds generated from raffle ticket sales.  Person must be present during raffle to accept the prize.

What if I prefer a vegetarian meal?

If you'd prefer the vegetarian option for dinner, please send requst to ASPE Treasurer, [email protected]
