FAQs

Can I pay cash / check / credit card at the door?

Only cash and checks are accepted at the door.  Credit card is only available via Eventbrite.

Do I need to bring a print out of my Eventbrite ticket or will you accept the scan bar via mobile device?

It is highly recommended that you bring a printout of your Eventbrite ticket. If for some reason you are unable to provide the printout you can still be checked in via first and last name.

What do I do if I want to register on Eventbrite a few hours before the meeting but the tickets are no longer available?

Eventbrite ticket sales are available up until 12:00 PM the day of the meeting.  If you're trying to register on Eventbrite to pay with credit card after that time, please email the Chapter Treasurer at [email protected] with your request.  Keep in mind you can still attend the meeting unregistered and just pay cash or check at the door.

What is Social Hour?

Social Hour is the hour before dinner which is intended to encourage networking and relationship building.  Anyone can attend this hour and there is no cost associated with participating during this time period.  To attend the meeting and dinner, a $40.00 ticket must be purchased.

What is the 50/50 raffle?

For $5.00, you can purchase (10) raffle tickets.  At the end of the meeting, one ticket will be drawn and the winning ticket will receive 50% of the funds generated from raffle ticket sales.  Person must be present during raffle to accept the prize.

What if I prefer a vegetarian meal?
